    Mac or Linux

  • Internet access

  • ECF/PACER has been tested and works correctly with Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5/2.0. NOTE: Netscape Navigator is no longer supported for use with ECF/PACER.

  • Software to view PDF documents such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)

  • Software to create PDF documents such as Adobe Acrobat or newer word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect
