Four fact patterns (civil, bankruptcy, criminal, and appellate) will be argued before a panel of judges. After presenting argument, the oral advocates will explain their strategies to participants and the judicial panel will evaluate the oral advocacy in an interactive forum. Audience participation and questions will be solicited. The program will provide guidance regarding how to present complex arguments in a limited timeframe, offer suggestions regarding how to organize oral argument for maximum effectiveness, and identify common pitfalls
