The United States District Court for the District of Vermont is seeking a Courtroom Deputy to support a U.S. District Judge by managing case activity, monitoring filings and deadlines, preparing draft judgments, and serving as a liaison between chambers, the Clerk’s Office, and case participants. This position also supports courtroom operations by coordinating juries, managing exhibits, maintaining minutes, operating courtroom technology, and scheduling interpreters and court reporters, while also preparing reports, responding to inquiries, providing backup support, and occasionally traveling to other court locations.
